Band Fee Refund Process(No REFUNDS AFTER August 1st)
To submit your request for refund, please complete the following two (2) step process:

Make a payment in Cash/Check
Bring cash or check to Mr. Brodts office
Place cash or check in an envelope
Write student name and what the payment is for on the envelope
Place envelope in the safe in Mr. Brodt’s office
24-25 Band Fees
$300 for All Band and Guard Members
This fee covers numerous items during the year including music, props, costumes, instructors, equipment, transportation, etc… Fees can be paid through Zelle or by cash/check in the band hall office. If you have questions about fees please contact our treasurer; heathermartincpa@gmail.com

Band Shoes
All band students are required to wear the uniform marching shoe, $45. Students may use shoes from previous years if they still fit. Guard members are required to have Everjazz shoes. Students who fail to purchase shoes by the deadline will have to pay an additional shipping charge.

Game-Day Meal Plan
$100
We will attend 9 football games. On game days students are given 30-60 minutes to eat. They may bring their own meal if they so choose. If they purchase the Game-Day Meal Plan food will be delivered directly to the school during meal time on game days. If there are any special dietary needs we will attempt to accommodate as much as possible. In the event we are not able to accommodate dietary needs, the student will need to provide their own meal for that week.Meals include Chic-Fil-A, Pizza, Cains, and More.
Water Jug
$20
All new students will receive a water jug at no charge .Any veteran student who has lost their water jug will need a new one. They will be charged $20.
Indoor Drumline/Winterguard Uniform
$100
Students involved in the Indoor Drumline or the Winterguard will be responsible for paying for their own uniform. THIS PRICE MAY VARY SOME.
