On Monday and Tuesday Nov 4th and 5th the Marching Band will be traveling to San Antonio to perform at the Alamodome for the UIL 5A State Marching Championships! We will be staying at the Marriott San Antonio Northwest Hotel. This is a Pre-lims/Finals style contest. We will perform in our pre-lims performance at 7:45pm on Monday, Nov 4th and will be evaluated by 3 music and 2 visual judges. Only the top 12 bands will advance to Finals. Students must be academically eligible to participate.
Performance Dress: Full Uniform: Students need to wear LONG BLACK SOCKS with the full uniform. Students will wear their Maroon Member Shirt shirt underneath the uniform. They will also wear black compression shorts or black basketball shorts underneath. Students with long hair will have to put their hair in a high schow bun when in uniform. Students are not permitted to wear jewelry when in uniform. Students are not permitted to have nail polish on when in uniform. Students are not permitted to eat when in uniform.
Monday- Maroon Member Shirt, hot weather, Full uniform for Performance
Tuesday, Gray State Marching Shirt, Tennis Shoes, comfortable pants/shorts

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased ONLINE
Single Session Tickets: $20 (excluding Ticketmaster fees)
Session 1: 5A Prelims (Monday morning/afternoon/evening)
Double Session Tickets: $35 (excluding Ticketmaster fees)
Double Session Ticket Options: Sessions 1/2, 2/3, and 4/5
No admission charge for children ages two and under sitting in a lap.

Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion at the doors. The Box Office will open 75 minutes prior to first performance of the day and doors will open 45 minutes prior to the first performance.

Clear Bag Policy: The Alamodome has a strict clear bag policy. They DO NOT allow clear backpacks.
