25-26 Band Fees

$400 for All Band and Guard Members

This fee covers numerous items during the year including music, props, costumes, instructors, equipment, transportation, etc… This fee also covers additional marching band uniform items including performance top, plumes, guard uniforms, etc.. Band Shoes

Band shoes are now provided for new students. Any NEW band student needing band shoes will be sized during the first week of band camp and provided shoes by the band as long as their band fees have been paid. Any returning student who needs an additional pair of band shoes such as an upperclassmen who has outgrown their shoes, will be charged $50.

Game-Day Meal Plan(optional)

$100

24-25 Menu

We will attend 9 football games. On game days students are given 30-60 minutes to eat. They may bring their own meal if they so choose. If they purchase the Game-Day Meal Plan food will be delivered directly to the school during meal time on game days. If there are any special dietary needs we will attempt to accommodate as much as possible. In the event we are not able to accommodate dietary needs, the student will need to provide their own meal for that week.Meals include Chic-Fil-A, Pizza, Cains, and More.

Water Jug

All new students will receive a water jug at no charge .Any veteran student who has lost their water jug will need a new one. They will be charged $20.

Indoor Drumline/Winterguard Uniform

$100

Students involved in the Indoor Drumline or the Winterguard will be responsible for paying for their own uniform. THIS PRICE MAY VARY SOME. This fee is due in December before winter break.

To submit your request for refund, please complete the following two (2) step process:

Make a payment in Cash/Check

  1. Bring cash or check to Mr. Brodt’s office

  2. Place cash or check in an envelope

  3. Write student name and instrument on the memo line of check.

  4. Write student name and what the payment is for on the envelope

  5. Place envelope in the safe in Mr. Brodt’s office
