Dear students, families, and supporters

I want to highlight a major success in our program! The winter guard placed 3rd in their class at the TCGC Dawson show this past Saturday and we are so very proud of their hard work and look forward to continuing a successful season! This week we will continue sectionals and rehearsals with the stage bands and also add some full rehearsals. Please pay close attention to which ensemble schedule affects your students.

3:30-6:30 indoor percussion rehearsal
3:00-4:00 symphonic band upper brass sectional
4-5 symphonic band lower brass sectional
6:30-8:30 full orchestra rehearsal

TUESDAY
3:00 pass offs
3:30-6:30 winter guard rehearsal
4-5 wind ensemble upper woodwinds (flute/picc/oboe/clarinet) 

WEDNESDAY
3:00 pass offs
3:00-4:00 wind ensemble upper brass sectional (f. horn/trpt) 
4-5 wind ensemble lower brass sectional (trbn, tuba, euph) 
5:30-8:00 indoor percussion rehearsal

THURSDAY
3:00 pass offs
4-5 wind ensemble lower woodwinds sectional (bass cl./saxes/bassoon) 
4:30-7:30 indoor drumline rehearsal

FRIDAY
3-4 symphonic band upper woodwinds sectional
3:30-5:30 indoor color guard rehearsal
4-5 symphonic band lower woodwind sectional

Spring Band Trip

Parents and Students,

The band staff is sad to report that we will not be able to have a band trip this spring. This is due to a lack of student sign up for the trip.

Your deposit will be refunded by ETA. We have not received confirmation regarding when the deposits will be distributed. 

The staff is committed to making a spring trip a tradition for our band program. We hope that next year we are able to begin that tradition!
