Band banquet tickets are still on sale through the band office or Ms. Frick at lunches (Fridays). Cost is $20 per ticket and they can be purchased by picking up a bright orange order form from the office and dropping the money in the safe. This will be a fun and awesome way to celebrate the year and our seniors along with awards and dinner!
For any person interested in joining the I.H. Kempner Color Guard for next year, there will be audition camps from April 24th-27th in the competition gym at Kempner High School from 5-7pm!
In the very first year of existence, the I.H. Kempner High School Indoor Percussion placed 2nd with a score of 88.700 at the Texas Color Guard Circuit State Championships on 4/8 on the campus of Texas A&M University! The unit would like to congratulate bronze medalist Waller HS Indoor Percussion and newly crowned state champion Bryan HS Percussion (89.263) on their accomplishments!
