Band Camp

Full band camp begins next Monday at 8am. The percussion and color guard have been working hard this week and have already learned a good portion of Valhalla. It is vitally important that all band members attend every day of band camp!!!

What to Bring

•  Water jug filled with ice water
•  White T-Shirt
•  Tennis Shoes
•  Sun Screen
•  Instrument/Equipment
•  Band Fee Payment 2 $75(Checks payable to KMCBC)
•  Great Attitude!
•  Sack Lunch

Lunch

    Lunch will be from 11:30am to 1pm. It is recommended that students bring a sack lunch. Students are permitted to leave if they wish, but must have a note from a parent to do so.

Marching Spots

   Marching spots in the competition show are limited. I will be assigning spots based on attendance and ability. Students who miss any portion of band camp will be in jeopardy of not receiving a spot in the marching show. This is UIL State Marching Contest year and if we are to be successful students must be present for all rehearsals.

New Band Trailer

We have a band trailer!!! Our students will be filled with pride when we travel to football games and marching contest with the best looking trailer in the lot! Thank you to our wonderful booster club and board members who put in a tremendous amount of effort and energy to make this a reality. Your contribution to our band program will be appreciated for generations to come.
