$20 Cash Only---Masks required upon entry for participation

No reservation needed, walk up only

Limit on one adult per family

Recommend that parents wait outside the building

Must have both pages of physical form and the Methodist Consent Form

2020 UIL Physical forms only- date in upper right corner of form- any older forms will not be accepted for participation (2020 is most recent version)

Band Camp Letter

Please read over the attached letter regarding Band Camp, Registration Night, Marching in May, and Band Fees. Please visit our calendar for a complete list of events and tons of other information. This is such an exciting time for the Band and I can’t wait to get starting on the Marching Show, “Shadows of Egypt”.

Pre-UIL Band Concert

Our Pre-UIL Band Concert is scheduled for Wednesday, April 14th at the Bush High School Auditorium.

Bush High- 6707 FM 1464 RD, Richmond, TX 77047

We will meet at Bush HS. Students need to show up already dressed in concert uniforms with their instrument, music, and any other items they need for the performance. The Symphonic Band is dressing in all black. Wind Ensemble members are wearing concert uniforms; Tuxedos and Concert Dresses.

5:00pm- Arrive at Bush HS

5:30pm- Warm-Up

6:15pm- Performance

6:30pm- Arrive at Bush HS

7:00pm- Warm-Up

7:45pm- Performance

Audience Members

Friends and Family are welcome to attend. Admission is Free

All audience members will be temperature checked

All audience members must wear a facemask at all times

Audience members will be asked to social distance and leave empty chairs between your family and othe families
