Physicals 22-23

List of physicals received as of July 11th

All members of the Kempner Band are required to receive a new UIL Physical for the 22-23 school year!!! There are several dates available below to get a $20(cash only) physical through Methodist. Must bring BOTH Physical Form and Methodist Consent Form. You may also get a UIL physical through your Primary Care Physician. All Physicals are due and a copy must be turned into Mr. Brodt by July 25th.

On Tuesday, April 12th we will have our Spring Band Concert in the Kempner Auditorium. Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will be playing their UIL Concert Programs.

At the conclusion of the performances we will hold a brief meeting to nominate Band Booster Officers for the 22-23 school year. Positions are: President, Vice President, VP of Volunteers, Treasurer, Fundraising Chairperson, and Secretary. Nominations will be voted on at our Band Parent Meeting on May 11th.

After we nominate Booster Officers I will discuss Dallas Band Trip and Disney Band Trip Information. This should only take 10 minutes or less.

Disney Trip 2023

The Kempner Band is going to Disney World and Universal Studios, Florida during Spring Break of 2023, March 11-16th!!!

Pricing and Cost

The total cost of the trip is $1195.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required by 05/01/2022 to reserve a space

Non-refundable installments are due per the following schedule:

2. Click on the Red Button that says "Make a new reservation"
3. Complete the information and continue to follow the instructions to complete your registration.
4. Once you have completed your reservation, you will come to a page with tabs at the top, click on the "Passengers" tab.
5. On the Passengers tab, click on the "Waiver Incomplete View/Edit" button.
6. Complete all required information in the Waiver. You can log out and log back in to finish the waiver at a later date using the reservation information emailed to you.
