April 5th, 2016

1:00 PM - Report to Band Hall | Get dressed quickly and quietly

1:20 PM - Report to Band Hall, fully dressed with instruments and supplies

1:30 PM - Load buses and depart for Dulles High School

2:00 PM - Arrive at Dulles High School | Unload buses and truck

2:30 PM - Report to Dulles High School cafeteria, stack cases, sit together

2:40 PM - Snack time

3:25 PM - Concert Band warm-up

4:00 PM - Concert Band performance on stage

4:35 PM - Concert Band sightreading

4:45 PM - Concert Band reports to cafeteria to disassemble

4:55 PM - Symphonic Band warm-up

5:30 PM - Symphonic Band performance on stage

6:00 PM - Symphonic Band sightreading

6:30 PM - Load buses, depart for KHS

7:00 PM - Arrive at KHS, unload

7:15 PM - Dismiss

Wind Ensemble Schedule

April 5th, 2016

4:15 PM - Report to Band Hall, fully dressed with instruments and supplies

4:30 PM - Load buses, depart for Dulles HS

5:00 PM - Arrive at Dulles HS, unload, report to cafeteria to assemble instruments

5:40 PM - Warm-up

6:30 PM - Performance on stage

7:00 PM - Sightreading

7:30 PM - Disassemble in cafeteria, load buses

8:00 PM - Depart for KHS

8:30 PM - Arrive at KHS, dismiss
