Good evening! Here is your weekly update!

BANQUET TICKETS

Ms. Thompson will gather any last-minute orders for tickets tomorrow after school.

MATTRESS FUNDRAISER - THIS SUNDAY

Please tell people to come to our mattress sale on Sunday! If you have someone you know is going, students need to put their name on the referral sheet in the band hall. Our goal is to sell 64 mattresses! That’s $10,000 for the band program!

INDIVIDUAL & ENSEMBLE CONTEST - MAY 15TH

Students need to bring $15 for their Individual & Ensemble entry fee. More information HERE.

Students are strongly encouraged to bring a small snack to this event.

Students need to bring a change of clothes to school.

Parents are encouraged to attend the stage performance and sight reading! We'd love to see you there! This also reflects very well on our program and the supportive community that we have. This event is free.

Itinerary

9:20 am - Arrive at 3rd period, Rehearse

10:30 am - 3rd period ends

11:25 am - All students go to A lunch

12:00 pm - Report to the band hall - load, change, pack

1:00 pm - Inspection in the band hall in the ensemble set up

1:30 pm - Depart for KHS

2:15 pm - Arrive at FHS

2:55 pm - Warm-up

3:25 pm - Travel to stage

3:30 pm - Stage performance!

4:00 pm - Sightreading performance!

4:30 pm - Meeting

4:45 pm - Load, pack

5:15 pm - Depart for KHS

5:45 pm - Arrive at KHS, put away uniforms
