Spectator Information(PLEASE READ)
Per ACHS Administration, the campus would like for parents and spectators to check in and get a visitor’s badge from the front office between the hours of 7:00am-3:00pm. They will then drive around to the Fine Arts entrance and enter through the Fine Arts performance doors. I have attached a map and instructions for you to share with all the band directors, their students, and families.
At arrival, please check-in at the front Receptionist’s office to receive your Visitor’s Badge:
1. Park in the Front Visitor Lot
2. Check-In/Receive Badge
3. Drive back to the Fine Arts Area, park in the Spectator Lot and enter through the Fine Arts Doors. Please see the map attached.
**Due to the distance between the front office and the Fine Arts performance area and the unpredictable traffic patterns on Highway 521 and Caldwell Ranch Blvd., I would encourage parents/spectators to arrive AT LEAST 45 minutes before their child’s performance time.
For performances after 3:00pm, spectators can come directly to the Fine Arts performance area.
I fully recognize the complexity of this situation, and it is certainly not ideal – but I am just the messenger. If you have questions, please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.
