7:30am            Call time at KHS

8:00am            Rehearsal Begins

9:15am            Rehearsal Ends

9:30am            Pack and Get Ready

10:45am          Inspection

11:00am          Depart KHS

12:00pm          Arrive at Dekaney High School

1:00pm            Warm up for prelims

2:05pm            Preliminary Performance

2:45pm            Meal delivered

5:05pm            Prelims Conclude

                       *If we do not make finals, we will be home by around 6:30pm

                       *Below is the EARLIEST possibility if we make finals; actual schedule TBD

6:20pm            Warm up for finals

7:20pm            Finals Performance

10:30pm          Finals awards ceremony

11:00pm          Depart for home

12:00am          Estimated arrival time to KHS

Spectator Admission: Prelims—$14; Finals—$16; Combo—$24

Contest begins at 10:00am

Contest Spectator Etiquette

·         No flash photography allowed

·         Entry and exit from the performance gym is only allowed between performances

·         Arrive early so you do not miss our performance!

·         Please be respectful to those around you by not talking or distracting during performances

·         Cheers and applause are always welcome!

Information

·         Breakfast: Eat a light breakfast at home

·         Lunch: Provided

·         Dinner: On your own at contest – Concessions are available throughout the day.  Please bring money.
