Update 1.30.17

Dear students, families, and supporters

There is a general booster meeting this week at 6:30pm on Tuesday in the band hall! Please make an effort to come to this meeting as we will be discussing all aspects of upcoming Spring semester, our next big fundraising project, as well Spring trip updates, band banquet information and loads of other things for your students! This week also starts our full band rehearsals for concert, symphonic, and wind ensemble. 
We also have an exciting open house planned for this week on Wednesday from 6-8 pm, during which we will have our color guard and newly-formed indoor percussion units performing in our gyms!

3:00-4:00 symphonic band upper brass sectional
4-5 symphonic band lower brass sectional
6:30-8:30 full orchestra rehearsal

TUESDAY
3:00 pass offs
3:30-6:30 winter guard rehearsal
4:30-6:30 symphonic band rehearsal (full rehearsal) 
4-5 wind ensemble upper woodwinds (flute/picc/oboe/clarinet) 
6:30-7:30 general booster club meeting for all parents and families! 

WEDNESDAY

3:00-4:00 wind ensemble upper brass sectional (f. horn/trpt) 
4-5 wind ensemble lower brass sectional (trbn, tuba, euph) 
4-5 orchestra wind sectional (no low brass) 
4:30 winter guard rehearsal
6-8 OPEN HOUSE PERFORMANCES! 

THURSDAY

SATURDAY
Winter Guard competes at WGI Houston Regional
Indoor Percussion competes at Pasadena Memorial contest
