Game 2, Friday, September 3rd

We have our 2nd Football Game this Friday, September 3rd at Alvin Memorial Stadium at 7pm against Alvin High School. A full itinerary for Friday is listed below. Students will report to the band hall immediately after school. I hope that many of you can make it out to support our students. We will be sitting on the visitor side of Alvin Memorial Stadium but will perform to the Home side at halftime.

Emergency Contact Information- All students must turn this in or they will not be allowed to travel with us and can’t go to the game. I passed a physical copy of this to the students today for them to return, or you can email it to me.

Tickets- I’m not sure if tickets will be for sale at the gate or not, but you can purchase tickets online. Click the Tickets link to purchase now.

Dress: Hot Weather Uniform: Black athletic shorts, member shirt, band shoes , black ankle socks. NO JEWELRY. Long Hair needs to be up and neat(Ponytail, single braid, double braid, or show bun). 

Equipment Needed: Instrument, flip folder with music, liar, water jug(pre-filled with ice-water). 

Meals- If you paid for the meal plan, the meal this Friday is Dominos Pizza- 2 slices of Pepporoni or Cheese, cookies, drink. If you did not purchase the meal plan, you may bring a sack lunch to eat during ECPL time. Students must have a written note from a parent to leave campus to eat during ECPL. ECPL stands for Eat Change Pack Load.

The band will ride busses to and from the game. We have assigned seats on the busses and check attendance every time we load and unload. Students are not allowed to leave the game early, or ride home with a parent. Please contact Mr. Brodt if you have any questions.

Dismissal- When we arrive back to school, we will not dismiss any students until all equipment has been put away and checked.

3:00 pm - Rehearsal begins
3:45 pm - Eat, Change, Pack, Load
4:45 pm - Inspection
5:00 pm - Meeting
5:15 pm - Depart
6:15 pm - Arrive at Alvin Memorial Stadium
7:00 pm - Kick-off
8:00 pm - Halftime performance!
9:30 pm - Game ends
10:00 pm - Depart for KHS
11:00 pm - Arrive at KHS
11:15 pm - Dismiss
