Game 3, Saturday, September 18th

Katy Legacy Stadium- 1830 Katyland Dr, Katy, TX 77493

We have our 3rd Football Game this Saturday, September 18th at Katy Legacy Stadium at 6pm against Paetow High School. A full itinerary for Saturday is listed below. Students need to be on campus ready to rehearse by 1pm on Saturday. I hope that many of you can make it out to support our students. We will be sitting on the visitor side of Katy Legacy Stadium but will perform to the Home side at halftime.

Emergency Contact Information- All students must turn this in or they will not be allowed to travel with us and can’t go to the game. I passed a physical copy of this to the students today for them to return, or you can email it to me.

Tickets- Tickets will be sold at the gate, you can still purchase tickets online. Click the Tickets link to purchase now.

Dress: Hot Weather Uniform: Black athletic shorts, member shirt, band shoes , black ankle socks. NO JEWELRY. Long Hair needs to be up and neat(Ponytail, single braid, double braid, or show bun). 

Equipment Needed: Instrument, flip folder with music, liar, water jug(pre-filled with ice-water). 

Meals- If you paid for the meal plan, the meal this Friday is Jasons Deli- Turkey or ham sandwich, chips, cookie, drink. If you did not purchase the meal plan, you may bring a sack lunch to eat during ECPL time. Students must have a written note from a parent to leave campus to eat during ECPL. ECPL stands for Eat Change Pack Load.

The band will ride busses to and from the game. We have assigned seats on the busses and check attendance every time we load and unload. Students are not allowed to leave the game early, or ride home with a parent. Please contact Mr. Brodt if you have any questions.

Dismissal- When we arrive back to school, we will not dismiss any students until all equipment has been put away and checked.

1:00 pm - Rehearsal begins
3:00 pm - Rehearsal ends, ECPL
4:00 pm - Inspection
4:15 pm - Meeting
4:30 pm - Depart
5:15 pm - Arrive at Katy Legacy Stadium
6:00 pm - Kick-off
7:00 pm - Halftime performance!
8:30 pm - Game ends
9:00 pm - Depart for KHS
10:00 pm - Arrive at KHS
10:15 pm - Dismiss
